EQUIPMENT RESERVATIONS

Faculty and staff may reserve audio-visual equipment from Campus Management Services. Staff are available to setup and troubleshoot equipment.

Campus Management Services also supports equipment in the BE Conference Center (Germantown), Globe Hall (Germantown) and the Theatre Arts Arena (Rockville).

Please submit online requests at least one week ahead of time. All requests are subject to availability. When completing the form, please choose the correct campus for your request. All requests will be verified via e-mail. If your request is not verified, please call the appropriate IT Campus Manager to let them know..
