E-mail, or electronic mail, is routinely used by both students and employees. Students use Office 365 e-mail which they access through MyMC. When a student registers for class, he or she will automatically receive an e-mail account. Faculty and staff use Microsoft Exchange and Outlook. E-mail accounts for regular status employees are created through the Human Resources hiring process. Adjunct faculty, temps and contractors may request accounts through their supervisors. E-mail Account Request forms should be submitted by the supervisor. The storage limit for all e-mail accounts is currently 50 MB.
