Montgomery College intends to provide its students and employees with the safest environment that is practically possible. The Environmental Safety Office, under the leadership of the Vice President of Facilities and Security, has a positive effect on that effort. The ES Office uses the most effective means to obtain and disseminate information on various aspects of health and safety. ES interprets environmental and occupational regulations for the College, promotes accepted safety standards and works with employees and their supervisors to stimulate safety consciousness. The ultimate goal is the health and well-being of all members of the College community. To that end, our students, faculty and staff, individually and collectively, share responsibility for their own safety and the safety of each other.
