Cyber Pathways Across Maryland (CPAM)

On October 1, 2014, the U. S. Department of Labor awarded a $14.9 million Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training grant to Montgomery College and 13 other community colleges within the State of Maryland for a performance period of 3 years. This project will address the challenges of an lack of adequate pool of skilled cyber workers, the shortage of laboratory facilities to support cyber training, a lack of training in flexible modalities, and barriers to learning for underserved populations. CPAM

The Cyber Pathways Across Maryland program is a U.S. Department of Labor funded program that seeks to increase the number of students completing and earning a degree or certificate in the field of cyber-security. Through this program, students are able to learn how to design, defend and respond to cyber threats so that they can become career ready and enter the growing field of cyber security.

This new program offers students:
