The Office of Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive benefits program responsive to the needs of a diverse employee population. Montgomery College's benefits program includes health, dental and life insurance coverage, flexible spending accounts, generous pension benefits, income protection in the event of a long-term disability, tuition benefits for the employee, spouse and children of the employee; as well as the wellness program. All full-time and part-time budgeted employees (and their dependents) are eligible to participate in the health benefit plans described. The employee and the College share in the cost of the plans.
