NPT009 Nonprofit Leadership Boot Camp (56 hour course), Learn More / Apply

The Nonprofit Leadership Boot Camp focuses on developing the leadership potential and capacity of emerging leaders serving our community and striving to create beneficial change for the people who live here and the environment they live in. Designed for participants who are either new to a leadership role or looking to expand their leadership confidence and competence from within a mid-level leadership job.

This seminar engages participants in clarifying the role of leadership in their lives and their work, developing strategies to advance their individual leadership aspirations, and mastering frameworks that support leadership success. These skills and understanding are then applied to key areas of nonprofit organizational management with opportunities to assess and recreate systems that align our day-to-day work with the outcomes we want to create for ourselves and the organizations we serve. The program introduces practical tools and frameworks and then uses them to explore the different management domains of governance, programming, finance, human resources, strategy, communications, and engagement.

The lead facilitator is Justin Pollock, Principal of OrgForward. You must apply to be selected for the Nonprofit Leadership Boot Camp. Learn more about the Nonprofit Leadership Boot Camp.

Note: Nonprofit organizations conducting business in Maryland can send their employee(s), who reside in D.C. or Virginia to this program and pay In-State tuition. The organization must fill out a Business and Industry form for those out-of-state employees and return it with the application packet.
