This course thoroughly prepares students for the Project Management Institute (PMI)® certification exam. It is designed for experienced project managers who want to increase their skills and apply a standards-based approach to project management. Upon completion of this course, students may apply to take the PMP® Certification exam.

*Prerequisites: Successful Project Management (AMA035), and A Practical Approach to Project Management  (PMC-013) and a minimum of 3 years project work experience and previous project management education.
