It is designed for the individuals who are considering a career path in project management or wish to increase their high level understanding of project management.  Learn the project management process and life cycle. Learn to identify the skills of the project manager and project team. Determine the components of project scope, time and costs. Determine how to analyze project risk and identify appropriate risk approach. Learn how to construct a work breakdown structure and create a project network design.
