Are you up on the latest federal, state and local green building laws and the impact they have on commercial and residential real property in Maryland? Learn the current laws and get a heads up on future laws. Approved by GBCI and Maryland Real Estate Commission for 3 hours.
Green Leases, GRN003
A lease is the most common real estate transaction involving green building, and it is an efficacious vehicle for considering green building issues. Learn what lease terms should be incorporated in all commercial leases by working through a checklist of terms. Approved by GBCI and Maryland Real Estate Commission for 3 hours.

Montgomery College's Green Routine
As part of MC's Green Routine, the new Rockville Campus Science Center is being submitted for Gold certification under the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system. The new high energy performance Science Center is expected to save approximately 39% per year in energy costs over traditional code compliant buildings.
