Welcome!
Psychology, the science of behavior and mental life, is an exciting field with many opportunities. Our department's mission is to teach our students the theories, research, and methodology used in psychology to describe, explain, predict and change behavior and mental life. We are committed to recognizing each student's potential and facilitating his or her critical thinking skills and intellectual growth.
Maybe you are just interested in taking a psychology course or two, or you might be thinking of majoring in psychology. Perhaps you want to find out more about careers in psychology. You may just want to attend one of our Psychology Brown Bag discussions or find out about new research in the field. Whatever your interest in psychology is, we are here to help.
Feel free to stop by our offices on the second floor of Macklin Tower (MT218) if you have any questions about psychology. We look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your academic goals.
