The e-mail system for faculty and staff is Microsoft Exchange. Faculty and staff can access their e-mail on office desktop computers, or they can use Outlook Web Access e-mail at http://mcmail.montgomerycollege.edu from any location with Internet connectivity.
E-mailboxes for new, regular employees are automatically provided through the Human Resources hiring process. E-mailboxes for part-time and temporary employees, adjunct faculty and contractors are created by request from the departments. These requests are made by the supervisor using the E-mail Account Request Form. The completed form will automatically route to the IT Service Desk for processing.
