E-Mail Box

The e-mail system for faculty and staff is Microsoft Exchange. Faculty and staff can access their e-mail on office desktop computers, or they can use Outlook Web Access e-mail at http://mail.montgomerycollege.edu from any location with Internet connectivity.

E-mailboxes for all new employees are now automatically provided through the Human Resources hiring process.  Mail accounts, whether for full-time, part-time or adjunct employees, are created when an employee is entered in the Banner system.  You no longer have to request an email account for employees.
