The IT Service Desk is your central point of contact for IT help, service, and support:

Customer Surveys

Randomly selected work order tickets placed with the IT Service Desk will receive customer support surveys.  Survey responses will assist OIT with continually improving customer support.  We encourage you to complete this survey.

When contacting the Service Desk, provide the following:

  • First and last name
  • Department and location
  • Contact number or extension
  • MC tag number of computer
  • Detailed description of problem, including any error messages

Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday (7:30 am until 10 pm)
Saturday (8 am until 4:30 pm)
Except College holidays and emergency closures.

If we can't take your call immediately you can leave a voice mail anytime of the day or night, 7 days a week. We respond as call volume permits.  All voice mail left after 10:00 PM will be responded to the next business day. We will respond to e-mail inquiries within one business day.

Off-hour emergency calls are routed immediately to the Network Operations Center, open 24-hours a day (from Sunday 10 p.m. through Friday, 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., except College holidays and emergency closures).
