The IT Service Desk is your central point of contact for IT help, service, and support:

    Hours of Operation
    Monday - Friday (7:30 am until 10 pm)
    Saturday (8 am until 4:30 pm)
    Except College holidays and emergency closures.

    Off-hour emergency calls are routed immediately to the Network Operations Center, open 24-hours a day (from Sunday 10 p.m. through Friday, 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., except College holidays and emergency closures).

Survey CheckmarkThe Office of Information Technology (OIT) is pleased to announce the implementation of a customer survey system.  If you open a work order through the IT Service Desk, you may receive an email with a link to the survey upon the close of randomly selected work orders.  Survey responses will assist OIT with continually improving customer support.  If you have questions or comments, please forward them to OIT’s quality assurance mailbox:  ITQA@montgomerycollege.edu
