Fair wages are important to our employees, and they are important to the College. Fair wages, excellent benefits, and a great work environment help us all to be more productive and improves the College's ability to recruit and retain the best and brightest employees. Compensation and pay is tied to job classification. It is our goal to help campus managers and supervisors achieve their business goals while maintaining quality standards of equitable pay for equitable work.
