Diversity of Student Population
Cultural and ethnic diversity is a point of pride at Montgomery College. Over 7,700 students from more than 170 countries are enrolled in classes collegewide—a 22% increase over the total from just 10 years ago. In Germantown, the international population makes up 26% of the student body, while in Rockville, it climbs to 31%; and in Takoma Park/Silver Spring, 38% of our students come from foreign countries.
