We offer day and evening courses leading to a Certificate or an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Management of Construction. You have the option to pursue these programs of study or enroll in specific courses in order to upgrade your professional skills.

MC-UMES Agreement:

An agreement is in place between Montgomery College and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, which allows for Montgomery College Management of Construction graduates to continue their education towards a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. Courses are offered during the evenings at Montgomery College and The University of Maryland at Shady Grove.
