MC Holds Second Annual Game Expo Day

Link from ZeldaThanks for making our Game Expo Day a huge success! A large crowd turned out and packed the room -- there was standing room only.

Students enjoyed the informative and lively presentations by Lucien Parsons from Breakaway, Tim Lamb from Bethesda Softworks and Kathleen Harmeyer from the University of Baltimore, as well as the superb student demos of class work in Flash, Unreal, Second Life, 3D Studio Max and Maya.
Zelda live game
Bethesda gave away copies of their hit game Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion to two lucky students (the Zelda project managers).

The life-size Zelda game by CA190 students also drew a large and enthusiastic crowd, and the makeup and prosthetics donated by Roger Riggle helped bring the characters to life -- thanks Roger!
