Please be advised that WEPA Customer Service hours of 7 a.m.-11 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, and 9:00 am-9:00 pm EST Saturday and Sunday will remain in effect through May 30, 2012.  Effective June 1, 2012, Customer Service will begin hours of operation for the summer.  Between the hours of 7 a.m.-7 p.m. EST customers will be able to reach a live contact at WEPA Customer Service.  Any messages and/or emails received by Customer Services after these hours will be addressed the next day.

If you were not sent an email, you can register with WEPA and create your payment account by visiting www.wepanow.com/register

Using your debit credit card to pre-load money onto your WEPA payment account will not incur a credit card fee.  There is only a fee charged if you use your credit card to swipe for payment at a WEPA kiosk.

An alternate payment method is to purchase a WEPA payment card at any MC Books & More location.
