Video Blog to Faculty and Staff: Dr. Pollard Has "A Lot to Say" This Week!

In her latest video blog to staff and faculty, Dr. Pollard touches on a number of relevant items ranging from MC becoming the largest undergraduate institution in Maryland to the observance of January as Data Privacy Month. Also in her blog, the College president asks colleagues to wish Vivian Lawyer a happy retirement, attend the Battle of 270 men's basketball game and thanks the county executive for his work with the capital budget as the advocating season approaches. In closing, Dr. Pollard urges the College staff, faculty and students to participate in the open forums for the senior vice president for academic affairs position.

In her latest video message, Dr. Pollard welcomes back Montgomery College's returning students and gives some advice to the College's new enrollees as they embark on their journey into higher education.

Dr. Pollard delivers her latest video message from the Robert E. Parilla Performing Arts Center moments before delivering the keynote address for the Association of Faculty for the Advancement of Community College Teaching conference. In her latest message to staff and faculty, Dr. Pollard shows off the 2012 wall calendar featuring Early Learning Center student paintings and looks forward to the Spring 2012 Collegewide Opening Meeting.
