IT Service Desk Name Change - Updating Web Content

The IT Help Desk is changing its name and e-mail address to:

IT Service Desk
itservicedesk@montgomerycollege.edu 

Prior to July 1, the Web Team will find and replace instances of the old name (IT Help Desk) and email address (ithelpdesk@montgomerycollege.edu) on MC Web pages, but not on assets (e.g., PDFs, Word documents) or “historical” content (e.g., minutes, newsletters).

Please update any relevant assets on your site with the new name and e-mail address.

Has your department or program redesigned its website yet?  If you're ready to start, classes and open labs are available to web content managers throughout the summer.   After completing the "Website Management Using the CMS" class, you'll be ready to begin placing your content in the MC design templates within the Web Content Management System (CMS).  If you get stuck, need help, or just want to work on your site alongside other content managers, join us for an open lab or two.
