Welcome to our community of artists at Montgomery College!

Community Arts provides non-credit classes for professional and aspiring artists, taught by working artists. We build our schedule based on community needs and interests, so we'd love to hear from you!

This spring, get ready for another semester loaded with arts! As usual, we’re working to bring you more classes in more subjects. We’re introducing a whole new category of classes for 2019: Interior Design. I hope you’re as excited as I am! Not only that, but we’re offering more classes than ever across the college, including 45 sections in Rockville and 16 in Germantown. Oh, and we have a total of 16 new classes again; that seems to keep happening!

We look forward to you joining our community of visual and performing artists at Montgomery College. As a reminder, all classes are for adults age 16 and older. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at or 240-567-5806.

See you this spring!
