  • Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.
  • You must click the link in your confirmation email within 2 hours of submitting a request or your reservation will be canceled.
  • Reservations may be forfeited if the room isn’t occupied within 15 minutes of the reserved time.
  • Reservations are made for a maximum of 2 hours per day.

There is a two-step process needed to reserve access to the One Button Studio in the Germantown Campus and TPSS Campus library locations. In order to reserve the use of the One Button Studio, the library user must first reserve Room HS 113 at Germantown and Room RC 103 at TPSS. After the user has reserved the room, the next step is to reserve the One Button Studio device for the same time period.

  • Group size is limited to the number of seats available in each room; additional chairs may not be moved into the room to accommodate additional group members
  • Current MC ID must be presented in order to check out the One Button Studio.
  • Users must bring their own USB drive to use with the One Button Studio
  • Failure to adhere to the posted rules within the One-Button Studio Rooms and the policies described in the Student Code of Conduct (PDF - 131KB) may result in the loss of privileges.
