Course Material Adoptions for Winter and Spring are due Friday, October 10, 2014

As a rule, adoptions for summer and fall will be due on the second Friday in April.  Adoptions for winter and spring will be due the second Friday in October.

Training for the on-line textbook adoption system will be held at all three campuses as “one-on-one training at your desk” for all those in need.  We will come to you for individual or group training!  This training is for academic deans, faculty and administrative aides who are involved in the adoption of course textbooks and other instructional materials.  All textbook adoptions are on-line and will require adherence to the Instructional Materials Affordability & Accessibility Guidelines (IMAAG).*

*The IMAAG (Instructional Materials Affordability & Accessibility Guidelines) have been formulated to comply with state and federal legislation to reduce the high cost of textbooks and other materials to students.  The Guidelines also are designed to enhance transparency and disclosure with respect to the selection, purchase, sale, and use of course material.  IMAAG is not meant to supersede, in any way, the institutional autonomy or academic freedom of faculty members involved in the selection of college textbooks and supplemental materials.
