2014 Required Training for Administrators, Supervisors and Employees

Montgomery College has a diverse environment with a wide range of business operations that require training periodically in order to comply with a state and federal regulatory or legal requirements.  The College is dedicated to building and maintaining a skilled and knowledgeable workforce. To achieve this objective, the Office of Human Resources, Development, and Engagement has developed a number of ongoing strategies, including annual training requirements on topics that are essential to all College employees.

Administrators and supervisors:  Please read Expectations for Administrators and Staff with Supervisory Responsibilities in Fiscal Year 2014 (8/21/13).  These requirements are designed to ensure supervisors have the information they need to be successful in their roles and provide appropriate and enhanced accountability.
