The Office of Facilities, Energy Management prepares Utility Master Plans for all three campuses. The plans are prepared in conjunction with collegewide Campus Master Plans in order to provide life cycle cost effective utility infrastructure to meet the existing and future needs of the College. Original plans were prepared in the early 1990s and were updated in 2012 through 2013.

Domestic Water & Fire Water Systems
Sanitary Sewer Systems
Storm Water Drainage System
Central Plant Heating & Cooling Systems
Fuel Selection & Delivery Systems
Information Technology Facilities Infrastructure Systems
