Parking and Transportation

Each person associated with the College who parks a vehicle on any campus of the College or any property owned, leased, maintained, or operated by the College must register the vehicle regardless of its ownership.  Student, faculty, staff, and visitors must abide by College traffic regulations.  All Montgomery College students, faculty and staff need to properly display a parking permit on their vehicle at all times while on campus.  The College reserves the right to issue a citation or to tow, at the owner's risk and expense, any unregistered vehicle parked in violation.  Information about how to obtain vehicle registration is below.

To Obtain a Parking Permit, and to Pay or Appeal a Citation

Please log into MyMC to register your vehicle, obtain a permit, and to pay or appeal a citation. Once you log on, click on the "Order My Parking Permit" link on the "MyMC Home" tab. After you order your permit, please display your online vehicle registration receipt on your dashboard until your permit arrives in the mail.

If you do not have a MyMC Log In, you can pay a citation at the cashier's office or online at: https://montgomerycollege.t2hosted.com/cit/index.aspx

ADA Parking

A state issued handicap permit is required to park in an disabled parking space.  A college issue parking permit is also required to park on campus.

Students with disabilities having a problem finding parking in ADA space should contact a parking attendant, call security at the numbers in the paragraph below, or use an emergency phone in the parking lot to contact security to get assistance finding a parking space.  Security will assist students by directing the student to an available accessible parking space or by allowing the student to park in an otherwise reserved area.

Visitor Parking

Visitors to the College may obtain a temporary permit or appeal a citation at the Safety and Security Office.  Below are locations and phone numbers for each Campus Safety and Security Office.
