For those students who have completed all requirements, you will receive a letter at your home address notifying you when your diploma will be ready for pick-up at the Office of Admissions and Records. Your diploma will be available on the campus where you applied for graduation. Be sure to bring a photo ID to receive your diploma.
You will typically receive this letter two to three weeks after the semester in which you graduated. For spring graduates, diplomas will be ready for pick up three weeks after the Commencement ceremony.
If your address has changed, please notify the Graduation Coordinator at the campus where you applied for graduation to ensure delivery of correspondence.

Ordering a Duplicate Diploma
If you ever need to order a new diploma, you need to submit a written request along with $25 (check or money order, payable to Montgomery College) to the graduation coordinator on the campus where you graduated:
Your signed request needs to include your name (at graduation) and student ID, the name you would like on your diploma and your most recent contact information, including e-mail.
Duplicate diplomas take approximately 4-6 weeks to order. You will be notified via e-mail when your diploma is ready.
