Academic Appeals Meeting Schedule

The dates, times and locations for the Summer 2015 College-wide Academic Appeals meetings are listed below. All meetings are open to students.


All appeal forms must be submitted by noon the day before the meeting. This deadline is for ALL campuses during the summer.

1. Monday, June 15th, Germantown, 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. -- Room SA 131

2. Wednesday, June 17th, in Rockville, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p. m. -- Room CB 218

3. Wednesday, July 8th, in Takoma Park, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. -- Room ST 301

4. Friday, July 10th, in Rockville, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. -- Room CB 218

5. Tuesday, August 4th, in Germantown, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. -- Room SA 131

6. Thursday, August 6th, in Rockville, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. -- Room CB 218


Germantown Campus

How to Attend: Students who check or indicate “Yes, I wish to attend the appeal meeting” on their submitted Academic Appeals form, will receive confirmation from Bridgette Grant along with the meeting date that they are expected to attend.

Deadline to Submit Academic Appeal: Completed appeals are due to Admissions & Records by noon on the date indicated.  Late appeals will be deferred to a future meeting.

Rockville Campus

How to Attend: Students who check or indicate “Yes, I wish to attend the appeal meeting” on their submitted Academic Appeals form, your appeal will be reviewed at the next meeting open to students, indicated by an "*" in the meeting schedule below.

On the day of the academic appeals meeting, please sign in at the front counter in the Counseling Building, Room 215 by 2:30pm.  If further clarification or additional information is necessary, you will be given an opportunity to speak with the Committee directly.

If you cannot attend that meeting, the committee will make a decision without your attendance. The committee may also defer your appeal to a later meeting and request that you attend.

Deadline to Submit Academic Appeal: Completed appeals are due to Admissions & Records no later than noon on the Monday before a meeting date. Late appeals will be deferred to a future meeting.

How to Attend: Students who check or indicate “Yes, I wish to attend the appeal meeting” on their submitted Academic Appeals form, will receive confirmation from the TP/SS Admissions and Records Office, along with the meeting date that they are expected to attend.

Deadline to Submit Academic Appeal: Completed appeals are due to Admissions & Records no later than noon on the Thursday before a meeting date. Late appeals will be deferred to a future meeting.
