How to Attend: Students who check or indicate “Yes, I wish to attend the appeal meeting” on their submitted Academic Appeals form, will receive confirmation from Smith Carlos along with the meeting date that they are expected to attend.

Deadline to Submit Academic Appeal: Completed appeals are due to Admissions & Records by noon on the date indicated.  Late appeals will be deferred to a future meeting.

*Students who plan to attend: Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of meeting.

How to Attend: Students who check or indicate “Yes, I wish to attend the appeal meeting” on their submitted Academic Appeals form, your appeal will be reviewed at the next meeting open to students.

On the day of the academic appeals meeting, please sign in at the front counter in the Counseling Building, Room 215 by 2:00pm. If further clarification or additional information is necessary, you will be given an opportunity to speak with the Committee directly.

If you cannot attend that meeting, the committee will make a decision without your attendance. The committee may also defer your appeal to a later meeting and request that you attend.
