The Office of Human Resources, Development, and Engagement is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive benefits program responsive to the needs of a diverse employee population. Montgomery College's benefits program includes health, dental and life insurance coverage, flexible spending accounts, generous pension benefits, income protection in the event of a long-term disability, tuition benefits for the employee, spouse and children of the employee; as well as the wellness program. All full-time and part-time budgeted employees (and their dependents) are eligible to participate in the health benefit plans described. The employee and the College share in the cost of the plans.
Please note that If you are enrolling for the first time or changing your coverage, you will also need to complete the Montgomery College Group Health Insurance Enrollment Form. Please refer to the Employee Benefits Handbook for more information on enrollment.
