The Office of Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive benefits program responsive to the needs of a diverse employee population. Montgomery College's benefits program includes health, dental and life insurance coverage, flexible spending accounts, generous pension benefits, income protection in the event of a long-term disability, tuition benefits for the employee, spouse and children of the employee; as well as the wellness program. All full-time and part-time budgeted employees (and their dependents) are eligible to participate in the health benefit plans described. The employee and the College share in the cost of the plans.

Please note that if you are enrolling for the first time or changing your coverage, you need to complete your enrollment through Workday. Please refer to the perspective benefit page on the left menu or view the 2018 Employee Benefits Handbook for additional information.
