Montgomery College’s Fire Science and Emergency Services Programs offer associates degrees and certificates from which students may choose to fulfill their career goals.
Fire and Emergency Services Management, Fire and Arson Investigation, Fire Protection Technology and Fire Prevention Technology are currently offered.
Emergency Medical Technician and Paramedic programs are no longer offered.
The A.A.S. is awarded upon completion of all requirements in the Fire and Emergency Services Management, Fire Protection Technology, and Fire Prevention Technology tracks. A Certificate is awarded upon completion of all requirements in the Fire and Emergency Services Management, Fire Protection Technology, Fire Prevention Technology, and Fire and Arson Investigation tracks.
The Fire and Emergency Services Management program at Montgomery College prepares students to efficiently transfer and complete their upper-level coursework at University of Maryland University College
