Election Guide for Faculty, Staff, and Administrators

Elections will be accepted April 2-8 and can be done from anywhere with internet access by visiting the website at the bottom of this page and logging in with your MyMC ID and password. Please read the information below to find out more about elections before casting your vote. The following video explains how to vote in the collegewide Participatory Governance System.

Important Information about Elections

  • Elections will be held April 2-8.
  • You will get to vote for your constituents that will represent you based on your work location (campus) and role at the College.
  • Remember that your "role" and "campus" are based on your primary role at the college and location of your office. This year, employees who are part of WD&CE will all have a work location of “WD&CE” rather than a campus.
  • If you are not ready to submit your ballot, press "Cancel" at the bottom of the ballot, press "Logout" at the top, or X out of the browser at the top right of the screen. Your votes will not be saved and you will have to reenter any names you had previously selected.
  • When you are ready to submit your votes, select "Confirm" at the bottom of the page. Once you have confirmed your vote, you will not be able to vote again; however, you can log back in at any time to view your voting receipt.
  • Results of the election will be announced by April 12th.
  • All council members will attend a training event on Thursday, May 23rd.
  • The Chair of each council will receive a stipend of equal value.
  •  Start Voting!
