Frequently Asked Questions
What are Career Programs of Study?
Career Programs of Study are specific courses of study within a Career Cluster that identify pathways from secondary school to community colleges, universities, graduate schools, and the workplace, so students can learn in school what they could do in the future. Students who focus on future goals are able to connect what they are learning in school to real-world applications. This connection, or relevancy, helps students stay motivated because they are learning rigorous subject matter around a topic of interest with other students who share the same interest.
