All lots will be open for parking and permits will not be required during the event. Please note that Lot 4 will be reserved for our delegates and honored guests and spaces (50) will be reserved limiting the number available in Lot 4 on Friday, October 29.
Classes will be suspended beginning at 12 noon through 5 p.m.
Chartwells is offering lunch fare in the Cafeteria and JR Caterers is offering a grilled lunch outside the Small Gym. Both menus are $6. Lunch service will begin at 11:30 a.m.
Robing begins at 12:30 p.m. and the processional line-up will begin promptly at 1:30 p.m.

The reception will be divided into three areas with the theme of "Chicago to Maryland":
- Pollard Pizzeria will be located inside the Campus Center Cafeteria and will include deep dish Chicago Pizza.
- Outside near the deck, the MC Crab Shack will have Maryland cuisine.
- Finally, inside Theatre Arts, the MC Jazz Lounge will feature our student Jazz band and have international food and dessert.
